Carla was born in St Petersburg, Florida. She

attended Milligan College, and received her

degree in Home Economics at ETSU.  Carla

is married to Larry McKinney and they have

three grown children, Amber, Ryan and

Meredith. The oldest, Amber, lives in the

Atlanta area with her husband Ryan and their

son Peyton. Ryan and his wife Sarah live in the

Johnson City area. Meredith is a student at

Milligan College. The McKinneys have attended

Grandview since 1977.  As Administrative

Assistant since 1996, Carla publishes the monthly

newsletter and worship bulletins, and generally ensures the church office operations run smoothly.  She also helps to coordinate the volunteers in the

infant nursery.
