We are pleased to announce that our church is in the process of putting together a beautiful, full color church member portrait directory. It is very important that all of our church families be included to assure a complete and up to date directory. If you should need to reschedule your Web Appointment please do so by calling The Portrait Cafe @ 1-877-896-9667 extension 325. Every family that participates will receive a COMPLIMENTARY 8 X 10 Professional Family Portrait, a directory of their choice, plus a Smart Phone App. When photographing wearing solid bright colors is something to keep in mind to help your portraits look fresh and crisp. Senior High Mission Trip

International Mission Trip
June 17, 2013 - June 21, 2013
Location: Spain
Looking for something different to do over summer vacation? How about traveling to Spain to participate in Summerscope with Cody Spencer and the rest of the Christian Missionary Fellowship (CMS) Globalscope Spain team? Dates are June 17-21, and the tentative cost is around $1,800.
Another opportunity is to travel to Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, in late July/early August for a trip to work with street children teaching English and showing them the love of Christ! Cost and dates TBA.

Book Group

The Book Group will meet in the Fireside Room. We will be discussing La's Orchestra Saves the World by Alexander McCall Smith--- A delightful, short, easy read.
On July 18th we will be having a shower in honor Kate and the new heir to the British throne. (Remember the delightful tea we had in honor of Kate and William's wedding?) We would like to invite the church family to join the fun by donating new baby items. The gifts will go to Agape
Ministries. A list of needs will be provided soon. Gifts may be given to any of the Book Group members. Check the bulletin for further information.

Donations for the meat will be accepted. Sign-up sheets to help with the Grillzillas will be located on the Grandview Crossings Information Table in the center foyer. Blood Drive

Location: Grandview - Grandview Room
We will host our next American Red Cross Blood Drive at Grandview on Thursday, August 15, from 1:30 pm – 6:00 pm. You can donate whole blood on or before June 20 and still be eligible to donate again at our Blood Drive. The goal is to collect 40-50 units of blood. We will begin scheduling appointments in June. Contact the church office for more information.
